RNLI Ceilidh, 8pm-11.30pm

The regatta festivities kick off with the fun Ceilidh in the Regatta Marquee, raising money for the RNLI.

Friday 23rd August

Competitor Drinks, from 7pm

Racing sponsors Saturn Sails invite all regatta competitors to their Sail Loft for a pre-regatta drinks party.

Live Music from Papa Booch, 9pm-10pm

These guys are the kind friends we love! Get into some classic covers and guaranteed crowd pleasers from the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Johnny Cash, Steve Earle, Del Amitri, Snow Patrol & Green Day.

Live Music from Crisis, 10.30pm-11.30pm

Crisis rock onto the stage on Friday to close the opening night with a bang. Fans of AC/DC, Rolling Stones, Bad Company, Status Quo, Creedence Clearwater Revival & The Faces prepare for a classic rock show to remember!

Bar

The Regatta Bar will be open from 8pm until Midnight.

Saturday 24th August

Gin Festival, 2pm-5pm

Come and sample some of the finest gins locally and internationally. Whether you know your juniper berries or not, or your Sloe gin from your flavoured liqueurs, they'll be a vast range to see, smell and sample.


Live acoustic music will also be playing during afternoon.

ABBA tribute act, 6pm-8pm

Nobody can resist a dance and a singalone to some classic ABBA hits!

Live Music from the Goodfellows, 9pm-11pm

Get set for an electrifying end to Saturday’s festivities as we welcome one of the country’s finest cover bands, playing everything from Deacon Blue to Amy Winehouse.

The Regatta Bar will be open from 6pm until Midnight.

Sunday 25th August

Beer Festival, 2pm-4pm

Come and enjoy an ale, stout, lager or bitter from the finest local and international producers.

 

Live acoustic music will also be playing during afternoon.

Live Music from Kim Wheeler, 5pm-6pm

Chill out with some great tunes from Glasgow singer songwriter Kim Wheeler.

Live Music from The End Of A Century, 7pm-8.30pm

Finish the weekend with a set of cracking pop rock courtesy of our headliners, The End Of A Century.

Bar

The Regatta Bar will be open from 2pm until 10pm.

Prizegiving, Time tbc

The regatta concludes with the traditional Prizegiving on Sunday afternoon after the final race. 


Don't forget, it is a bank holiday weekend so there's no rush home and you may even want to head out for a shakedown sail afterwards! 


Also, the racing continues beyond the weekend with an Evening Keelboat Race on Tuesday, Midweek Dinghy Series on Wednesday and Thursday, followed by the Scottish Two Handed Race on Saturday 31st August.
